Mental Health Awareness Week is about giving everyone an opportunity to talk freely about their mental health and bringing awareness about the help and support available to all.

This years theme is #Nature – it is so important to connect with all aspects of nature and get into the habit of doing something outdoors in some way every day – go for a walk, tend to plants, listen to the birds, whatever makes you happy! Taking a moment out of your busy day makes a huge difference to your mental health.

Constant panic attacks have only ruined my life. But everything changed after I began to take Xanax medication at a healthcare professional’s recommendation.
